J.T. PAPPY'S HICKORY HEAVEN

Please note the word "HEAVEN". Anyone can put that on their label but this one deserves it!

If you like the perfect smokiness in your BBQ Sauce look no This hickory smoke is infused in an all-natural steam extraction process, not that liquid smoke junk that most sauce makers use.. J.T. has done it again and with the help of mother nature of course.

"While fixin' his favorite sauce, Pappy got caught in the rain and a bolt of lightnin' struck down his favorite hickory tree, scattering smokin' hickory chips in his sauce. Wee-doggie!"

This is one of the nicest smoothest smoke flavored BBQ sauces that have passed my lips and trust me there has been allot of sauce passing my lips. When my family goes on vacation we drive so that I can pull of anytime I see the words BBQ on the interstate. I have the most wonderful family because the trip up and down the east cost can take along time when I have to pull over so often.

The Pink Pig by Traeger

Look no further, before you is the perfect grill. Actually any grill made by Traeger is the perfect grill. I just so happen to use (on a very regular basis) this grill. This is the ultimate in set it and well, lets not forget it. This grill to cooks to perfection every and I mean EVERY time.
This little critter uses wood pellets as its fuel source. It has s built in thermostat so that you can set your cooking temp. How many other companies have an on off switch to start and turn off the grill?
You can use this grill to make my personal favorite, RIBS !!! and of course chicken, stake and BBQ Sauce. Yes that's right make your own BBQ sauce and use this grill to add the NATURAL SMOKE FLAVOR. The lowest setting on the grill is "SMOKE" I usually use 225 to "cook" the ribs for 2-2.5 hrs and then wrap them in tin foil for another hour or two, or put the tin foil wrapped ribs in the oven (in your house) at the lowest setting (170 for me) for the same amount of time.
And of course I use the Bone Suckin Rib Rub every time. I offer the Bone Suckin Sauce on the side for those who prefer their ribs wet.
Check out their website at Traeger Wood Pellet Grills.
